Who we are

These terms are between you and Digitize (Pty) Ltd, operating from Johannesburg, South Africa ("Digitize", "we", "us"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Using this website

You may use this website and the AI Business Audit for legitimate business purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.

AI Business Audit results

Your Business Health Score and roadmap are generated from the answers you provide. They are guidance, not a professional guarantee of results.

Quotes and engagements

Prices shown are indicative starting points. Final scope, cost and timelines are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.

Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel or change an agreed engagement, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which explains how deposits, milestone payments and cancellations are handled.

Digitize OS access

Client portal access is provided for the duration of your engagement. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the delivered work transfers to you. Digitize retains rights to its underlying frameworks, platform and reusable components.

Liability

We work carefully and professionally, but our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected engagement.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. If you're a consumer and unhappy with our service, you may also lodge a complaint with the National Consumer Commission (thencc.gov.za) under the Consumer Protection Act, or with the Information Regulator for privacy-related concerns.
